Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders - We offer free domestic shipping. We accept COD on all domestic orders, with a flat shipping rate at INR 300. A confirmation will be secured for all COD orders over a telephonic conversation / WhatsApp. All COD orders will be processed after the customer confirms the order, shipping details.

As we have made on order model, our shipping time is 10-12 business days depending on the product. If you need anything at an expedited speed – please reach to us at +919935235204 via Whatsapp and our team will respond within 24-48 hours regarding the stock availability.

International Orders - We ship worldwide at a flat rate that is calculated based on weight of the order. We take a total of 10-12 business days to manufacture the order and shipping takes another 5-15 Days depending on the carrier. 

You will see the final shipping at the time of checkout after you provide the shipping address for your order. Please also note that the shipping charges are not inclusive of any custom or import duties that may be levied upon reaching the destination country. We cannot control these charges and are unable to estimate what they may be. Please do note MAI India does not take responsibility if the packet gets held at customs or at any other point in the destination country.
