Refunds
We make every piece with a lot of love and care. Each piece carries the essence of human hands and the texture in the fabric is a beautiful characteristic of the handmade processes. We do not have any provision of refund on any purchase. We have a strict quality check at our studio, however, if you receive a faulty item – please write to us at hello@shopmai.in within 24 hours of receiving the package. MAI India reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise if it does not meet the requirements. Once, the item is returned to us (in the original packaging with tags intact), the brand will ship out the replacement.

Exchange
Domestic Orders - As per company policy, we offer exchange in size only. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange / return will not be accepted. Please write to us for the same within 48 hours of receiving the package. Also, in case of exchange, the customer will bear the costs of shipping the items back to our studio.

International Orders - International orders are NOT eligible for exchange or returns.
